Ураховуючи коливання ціни на ринку електричної енергії, яке відбулося у вересні 2022 року в порівнянні з серпнем 2022 року на рівні 17,05% , що підтверджено довідкою від 30.09.2022 №121/96-1, виданою ДП "ДЕРЖАВНИЙ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО-АНАЛІТИЧНИЙ ЦЕНТР МОНІТОРИНГУ ЗОВНІШНІХ ТОВАРНИХ РИНКІВ", сторони погодили збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (за 1 кВт електричної енергії) і встановити її у розмірі 4.04211 грн/кВт*год (без ПДВ).
