На підстав ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", в зв'язку із продовженням Додатковою угодою № 1 дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення закупівлі на початку наступного року , Сторони домовились збільшити обсяг Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі укладеному в попередньому році.
