Note:
Керуючись Наказом Департаменту транспортної інфраструктури виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) від 16.09.2022 №Н-98 «Про капітальний ремонт об’єктів територіальної громади міста Києва за рахунок коштів бюджету міста Києва у 2022 році» та листом Департаменту транспортної інфраструктури від 15.11.2022 №053-8325, внесено наступні зміни до договору:
1) Поновлено виконання зобов’язань за цим Договором.
2) Внесено зміни до п. 3.1 Договору (зменшено строк виконання робіт)
3) Внесено зміни до п. 4.1. Розділу 4 «Джерела та порядок фінансування» Договору (визначено обсяги фінансування на 2022 рік)
4) Внесено зміни до абзацу четвертого пункту 5.2 Договору.
5) Викладено зміни до пункту 17.2 Розділу 17. «Строк дії Договору» (Термін дії Договору продовжено до 14 червня 2023 року)
6) Змінено реквізити Виконавця
7) Додаток 2 «Календарний план виконання робіт» викладено у новій редакції.
