Відповідно до підпункту 4 пункту 19 Постанови від 12 жовтня 2022 року №1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії договору до повного виконання своїх зобов’язань в зв’язку з затримкою фінансування.
Дана додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту її підписання і діє до 31.03.2026 р.
