13.1 Договір набуває чинності з дати підписання Сторонами та скріплення їх підписів печатками, і діє в частині постачання електроенергії з 01 лютого по 31 грудня 2020 року, а в частині розрахунку до 31.12.2020 року ,або до повного виконання.
