Керуючись статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, статтею 651 Цивільного кодексу України, п.1, п. 2 та п.7 частини п’ятої ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктами 6.5, 6.6 та 6.8. Договору, а також враховуючи постанови НКРЕКП № 2454 від 01.12.2021 та № 2598 від 17.12.2021 та лист Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю "УКРГАЗРЕСУРС" від 27.10.2022 №1602/ю2 щодо збільшення закупівельної ціни одиниці товару на ринку та зміни тарифів на розподіл та передачу електричної енергії Вищий антикорупційний суд та Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "УКРГАЗРЕСУРС" дійшли згоди внести зміни до договору
