Note:
Враховуючи п.п. 4 п. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції Закону №114-ІХ від 19.09.2019 року) та п.п.4. п. 11, п. 5.1. Договору та після проведення Сторонами переговорів про здійснення взаєморозрахунків та внесення змін щодо строків поставки товару за Договором та строків дії Договору Сторони дійшли згоди: 1. Подовжити строк поставки товару на 1 календарний рік та внести зміни до п. 3.1. Договору, виклавши його у наступній редакції: «3.1. Строк поставки товару – до 31.12.2021 року Порядок здійснення поставки: поставка Товару здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника». 2. Подовжити термін дії Договору на 1 календарний рік та внести зміни до п. 10.1., виклавши його у наступній редакції: «10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання договору та діє до 31.12.2021 року, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами всіх зобов’язань».
