Під час проведення закупівлі за ідентифікатором № UA-2021-02-05-008699-a за предметом закупівлі електрична енергія, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 – 09310000-5 було виявлено технічну (механічну) помилку, допущену при внесенні інформації про закупівлю, а саме: в п.1 додаткової угоди №6 до договору “Зменшити суму договору на 137736,97 грн. (сто тридцять сім тисяч триста сорок шість грн. 97 коп.).”, однак необхідно відобразити “Зменшити суму договору на 173158,16 грн. (сто сімдесят три тисячі сто п’ятдесят вісім грн. 16 коп.).”. Решта умов договору залишається незмінна.
З метою приведення договірних відносин у відповідність, сторони уклали додаткову угоду №7 до договору №344 від 19.02.2021.
