Note:
Відповідно до норм ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі - Закон), ч.1 ст. 651, ст.ст. 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, відповідно до п.8.5., п.9.1. Договору № 0103215 від 01 березня 2021 року (далі – Договір), укладеного відповідно до закупівлі UA-2021-02-17-005864-b, Сторони дійшли згоди укласти Додаткову угоду в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору, а саме: 72 109,00 (сімдесят дві тисячі сто дев’ять грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ, згідно Специфікації (Додаток №1, що є невід’ємною частиною Додаткової угоди).
