Відповідно листа від ПП "ОККО Контракт" № 18-14/05 від 14.05.2021 та висновками Волинської торгово-промислової палати за результатами цінового моніторингу № В-493 від 05.05.2021 та №В-529 від 14.05.2021 р. , згідно п.2 ч.5 ст 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобовязань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків, зокрема, збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що таки зміна не призвиде до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупвлю.
