Note:
1. Відповідно до пункту 11.3 Договору сторони домовились п. 4.1. викласти в наступній редакції: «4.1. Сума цього Договору становить 62 550,00 грн. (Шістдесят дві тисячі п’ятсот п’ятдесят гривень 00 коп.), без ПДВ. Збільшення по Договору не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у Договорі, укладеному у 2021 році і складає 10 425,00 грн. (Десять тисяч чотириста двадцять п’ять гривень 00 коп.), без ПДВ. 2. Всі інші умови укладеного Договору залишаються без змін, сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання. 3. Ця Додаткова угода є невід’ємною складовою частиною Договору та набуває чинності з дати її підписання та діє до закінчення терміну дії даного Договору.
