У зв’язку з коливанням середньозваженої ціни на ринку (Експертний висновок № В-453 від 08.09.2021р.; ДП «Оператор ринку» - https://www.oree.com.ua/index.php/indexes), внести зміни до п. 1 Додатку 1 до Договору «КОМЕРЦІЙНА ПРОПОЗИЦІЯ» та викласти його у наступній редакції:«1. Ціна за 1 кВт/год електричної енергії, без урахування тарифів на її розподіл, становить 2,94 грн. (дві грн. 94 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ.
2. Викласти у новій редакції абзац 2 пункту 2.1 Розділу 2 «Предмет Договору»: «Обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії 23 555 кВт/год.»
