Note:
1. Згідно п.10.4 пп 7, на підставі ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та у зв’язку із необхідністю продовження дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, сторони дійшли згоди збільшити договір в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, а саме на 36 909,00 грн (тридцять шість тисяч дев’ятсот дев’ять грн 00 коп.) та продовжити дію договору.
2. п. 2.2: Сума Договору складає: 221 454,64 грн (двісті двадцять одна тисяча чотириста п’ятдесят чотири грн 64 коп.) без ПДВ.
3. п. 9.1: Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання сторонами і діє на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до повного виконання сторонами своїх договірних зобов’язань.
