Note:
Доповнити Договір про постачання електричної енергії №162 від 15 грудня 2017 р. наступною умовою: Орієнтовна сума Договору розраховується, як добуток обсягу очікуваного споживання електричної енергії на січень- грудень 2018 р., на прогнозовану величину роздрібного тарифу та становить 190000 грн. (сто дев"яносто тисяч грн.) з ПДВ. Реальна сума Договору на січень-грудень 2018 року встановлюється на підставі фактично спожитих обсягів електричної енергії, визначених до умов Договору, та роздрібних тарифів, затверджених щомісяця відповідною постановою НКРЕКП. Ця угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами, розповсюджується на відносини, що склалися з 01 січня 2018 р. до 31 грудня 2018 р.
