Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди цією Угодою продовжити строк дії Договору, в зв’язку з необхідністю підготовки приміщення для зберігання товарно-матеріальних цінностей Покупця до поставки Товару.
2. В зв’язку з чим викласти п. 12.1. Договору від 26 квітня 2023 року № 72, в наступній редакції:
«12.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 30.06.2023 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.»
