1. В зв’язку з тим що знищено інфраструктуру підприємства Кременчуцький нафтопереробний завод і навколишні склади паливно-мастильних матеріалів які виробляли марку палива А-92 та на підставі пункту 3 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», листа Постачальника про необхідність замінити марку товару в зв’язку з його дефіцитом на ринку уклали цю Додаткову угоду № 1 (далі Додаткова угода) до Договору № 1-10/0601 від 10.06.2022 р.

2. Керуючись ч.2, п.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII (зі змінами та доповненнями), п. 11.2.1 Договору, в зв’язку з зміною ціни товару на ринку сторони домовилися внести зміни до договору № 1-10/0601 від 10.06.2022 р., без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, а саме:
- п. 1.2. Найменування (номенклатура, асортимент) товару:
ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9 – нафта і дистиляти, а саме:
Бензин А-95 8807 л., Дизельне паливо 11000 л.
- п. 3.2. Ціна за одиницю Товару складає – Бензин А-95 – 52,00 грн. за одиницю , Дизельне паливо - 57,00 грн. за одиницю.
