1.Відповідно до п.2 част.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови,що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної у Договорі №30 від 06.03.2018 року про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти, а саме: ціна 1 літра дизельного палива, що підлягає постачанню становить 30,58 грн. з ПДВ. 2.Внести зміни до 1.2: Кількість товарів: Дизельне паливо – 20344,6л.

1.Відповідно до п.2 част.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови,що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної у Договорі №30 від 06.03.2018 року про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти, а саме: ціна 1 літра бензина А-95, що підлягає постачанню становить 31,65 грн. з ПДВ., ціна 1 літра дизельного палива, що підлягає постачанню становить 31,47 грн. з ПДВ. 2.Внести зміни до 1.2: Кількість товарів: Бензин А-95 – 1157,1 л., Дизельне паливо – 20119,1 л.

Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order
Note:
Сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору на достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме: 1. Викласти п.10.1 розділу Х Договору у новій редакції: «10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє до 31 березня 2019 року включно, але в будь якому разі до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань.» 2. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з 01 січня 2019 року та діє до повного її виконання. 3. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання. 4. Ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу , по одному для кожної із Сторін. 5. Дана додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
