Керуючись положеннями частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII та відповідно до договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу від 23.10.2021 р. № 60ВВ497-1576-21 (далі Договір), Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо закупівлі товару під кодом ДК 021:2015 - 09310000-5 Електрична енергія до «31» січня 2022 року - строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
