1. У зв’язку із зміною курсу євро до гривні та на підставі п.2.3., 2.4. Договору Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди здійснити перерахунок ціни для окремої партії товару, що реалізується Продавцем 02.12.2019 р.
2. У зв’язку із зменшенням ціни на товари, що реалізуються Продавцем 02.12.2019 р., Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити загальну вартість Договору без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів.
