Визначено розмір помісячних обсягів постачання електричної енергії споживачу. Сторонами правочину унормовано, що розрахунки за фактично спожиту електроенергію у січні 2019 року за Договором №38/717 від 08.01.2019 року проводяться шляхом оплати Споживачем грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника згідно рахунків до 20 лютого 2019 року з одночасним оформленням сторонами акту приймання – передачі.

Змінено пункт 3 Додатку №2 до Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу №38/717 від 08.01.2019 року «Комерційна пропозиція» , доповнено абзацом в наступній редакції: Загальний очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії споживачу становить 284523 кВт./год., з яких: - за тарифом 2,37117 грн. за 1 кВт./год. без ПДВ (2,845404 грн. з ПДВ) очікуваний обсяг споживання у натуральних показниках визначається кількістю 42380 кВт./год. на суму 100490,18 грн. без ПДВ. - за тарифом 2,39 грн. за 1 кВт./год. без ПДВ (2,868 грн. з ПДВ) очікуваний обсяг споживання у натуральних показниках визначається кількістю 149340 кВт./год. на суму 356922,60 без ПДВ. - за тарифом 1,40 грн. за 1 кВт./год. без ПДВ (1,68 грн. з ПДВ) очікуваний обсяг споживання у натуральних показниках визначається кількістю 22588 кВт./год. на суму 31623,20 без ПДВ. - за тарифом 0,75 грн. за 1 кВт./год. без ПДВ (0,90 грн. з ПДВ) очікуваний обсяг споживання у натуральних показниках визначається кількістю 70215 кВт./год. на суму 52661,25 грн. без ПДВ. Тарифи на електричну енергію, які застосовуються в договорі про закупівлю, визначені Сторонами станом на січень 2019 року та можуть бути в подальшому змінені відповідно до вимог діючого Законодавства або згідно встановленого Сторонами в договорі про закупівлю порядку зміни ціни. Зменшено загальну вартість договору № 38/717 від 08.01.2019 року та визначено її сумою 541697,23 грн. без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 108339,45 грн., а разом з ПДВ 650036,68 грн. Сторони дійшли згоди, що очікувані обсяги постачання електричної енергії можуть змінюватись в залежності від фактичного використання електричної енергії, однак не допускається перевищення загального річного обсягу постачання у кількості 284523 кВт./год, незалежно від застосованого тарифу. У зв’язку із зміною банківських реквізитів Постачальника, Сторони домовилися внести відповідні зміни до договору №38/717 від 08.01.2019 року та застосовувати при розрахунках наступні платіжні реквізити Постачальника: р/р 26030319432561, Банк: ВАТ «Ощадний банк України», МФО: 326461
