Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.2.2 договору сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків у зв’язку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю та зменшити обсяги закупівлі. В зв'язку з цим обсяг закупівлі зменшиться на 27м.куб і становитиме 293м.куб, а сума договору зменшиться на 786,00грн і становитиме 298414,00грн без ПДВ.
