Сторони керуючись ч.1, ст.631 ЦК України, ст.188 ГК України дійшли взаємної згоди вважати, договір від 05 лютого 2021 року №71021000866/9 припиненим з 02.12.2021р., а в частині взятих на себе грошових зобов'язань договір продовжує свою дію до його повного виконання.
