"Постачання газу здійснюється за ціною, що вільно встановлюється між Постачальником та Споживачем та становить:
З 01 травня 2018 року ціна за 1000 кубічних метрів газу - 8 400,00 грн. (вісім тисяч чотириста гривень 00 копійок);
- тариф на транспортування промисловими газопроводами ПАТ "Укрнафта",ПАТ "Укргазвидобування"- 191, 10 грн ( сто дев"яносто одна гривня 10 копійок);
-разом - 8 591, 10 грн. (вісім тисяч п"ятсот дев"яносто одна гривня 10 копійок);
Крім того ПДВ (20%) - 1 718.22 грн.
Всього до сплати за 1000 кубічних метрів газу (разом з ПДВ) - 10 309, 32 грн. ( десять тисяч триста дев"ять гривень 32 копійки).
Дана додаткова угода врегульовує відносини між Сторонами з 01 травня 2018 року та є невід"ємною частиною Договору.

Відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", маючи попердню угоду про продовження строку дії договору на постачання природного газу № 603/2018-Б/50 від 06.03.2018 року,на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, дійшли згоди про закупівлю в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році.
