Керуючись п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Закону України «Про ринок природного газу», п. 11 розділу V Правил постачання природного газу, затверджених постановою НКРЕКП від 30.09.2015 № 2496 Сторони вирішили:
1. Викласти п.3.2. Договору в наступній редакції: «Ціна газу становить 7153,74 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ – 1430,75 грн., всього з ПДВ – 8584,49 грн.»

Сторони погодили продовжити дію Договору до 31 березня 2017 року у зв’язку з необхідністю проведення Споживачем тендерної процедури, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення.
Постачальник зобов’язується передати у власність Споживачу у 1 кварталі 2017 року природний газ (далі газ), а Споживач зобов’язується прийняти та оплатити вартість газу у розмірах, строки та порядку, що визначені Договором.
