Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків з 91,00 грн до 100,09 грн. Зменшити загальну суму Договору на 0,10 грн (нуль грн 10 коп) та викласти пункт 2.2. Договору в новій редакції: «Сума Договору складає 545999,90 грн (п’ятсот сорок п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять грн 90 коп), у т.ч. ПДВ 90999,98 грн (дев’яносто тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять грн 98 коп)». Додаток Договору «Специфікація» викласти в новій редакції, що додається.
