Договору ( Порядком зміни ціни за одиницю Товару залежно від зміникурсу іноземної валюти), та у зв'язку із значною (більш ніж на 2%) зміною (зменьшенням) курсу іноземної валюти ( курсу Євро) за даними НБУ на 11.07.2019 року. (28,835932 грн. за 1 Євро) порівняно з курсом Євро за даними НБУ на дату укладання Договору купівлі-продажу № 13 від 18.06.2019р. ( 29,764321 грн. за 1 Євро), Сторони дійшли згоди змінити (зменьшити ціну одиниці товару пропорційно зміні курсу іноземної валюти (Євро), суму Договору купівлі-продажу № 13 від 18.06.2019р.
