Відповідно до пункту 5 частини 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", пункту 2.3, 10.5 договору Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити загальну суму Договору на суму 8507,00 грн у зв'язку з уточненням об'ємів робіт, вартості матеріальних ресурсів.
Відповідно до п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк виконання робіт на підставі листа Підрядника від 19.10.2020 р. у зв'язку з затримкою постачання матеріальних ресурсів внаслідок встановлення карантину та запровадження посилених протиепідемічних заходів на території із значним поширенням гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої короновірусом SARS-CoV-2 по 29 листопада 2020 р.
