Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п. 10.1 Договору дія Договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Враховуючи вищевикладене, Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору до 31.03.2022 р.
