Note:
1. Продовжити строк дії договору № 154 від 14.08.2018 року до 31.03.2019 року та внести зміни до наступних пунктів Договору:
1) Розділ 2 «Вартість робот та порядок розрахунків» доповнити новими пунктами виклавши їх наступній редакції:
2.1.1 Фінансування на 2018 рік складає 18 651 грн. .15 коп.(вісімнадцять тисяч шістсот п’ятдесят одна грн. 15 коп.) без ПДВ.
2.1.2 Фінансування на 2019 рік складає 3008 грн.25 коп.(три тисячі вісім грн.. 25 коп..)без ПДВ.
2) п. 3.1. розділу 3 «Строк дії договору » викласти в наступній редакції:
«Даний Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання та діє до 31.03.2019 р, а щодо забов’язання Сторін до повного їх виконання. Повним виконанням Сторонами цього Договору вважається належне і своєчасне виконання Сторонами своїх обов’язків за цим Договором».
3) Додатки № 1,2 до договору викласти новій редакції що додаєтються до цієї Додаткової угоди.
