«Річна кількість теплової енергії 194,102 Гкал Ціна цього Договору становить 296368,12 грн. (Двісті дев’яносто шість тисяч триста шістдесят вісім грн.12 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ.» 2. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та сторони підтверджують свої зобов’язання за ними. 3. Угоду складено у двох ідентичних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної Сторін. 4. Ця угода набуває чинності з дня її підписання і діє до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами.
