встановлено, що у договорі присутня технічна помилка: договір було утворено з основного договору поставки трьох видів пального, які були вказані у проекті договору на полотову закупівлю пального у відкритих торгах, тому у п. 2.1, пп. 8.3.3 та 8.3.4 замість назви товару «газ пропан» вказано назву «бензин марки А-92». Дану помилку головою тендерного комітету запропоновано вважати технічною, оскільки у ч.І договору «ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРУ» товар та його класифікатор ДК 021:2015 вказані правильно.
