Керуючись Законом України «Про ринок природного газу», відповідно до статей 632 п.1,2, 651, 653 та статті 654 Цивільного кодексу України, пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та на підставі пункту 3.3. розділу 3, підпункту 9.1.2, пункту 9.1, розділу 9 даного Договору, та Довідкою Львівської торгово-промислової палати від 12.09.2018 р. № 19-
09/854 Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну природного газу та, у зв’язку із цим зменшити загальну суму Договору.

«п. 10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31.01.2019 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.»/
1.2. Додати пункт 9.6. до розділу 9. Інші умови в такій редакції: «9.6. Сторони цього договору домовились згідно статті 36. п.5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»: дія Договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році».
