Сторони домовились внести зміни в п. 3 Договору від 29.12.2020 року №616, враховуючи зміни регульованих цін (тарифів) на розподіл електричної енергії та послуги з забезпечення (компенсації) перетікання реактивної енергії. Ціна за одиницю розподілу 1 МВт/год електроенергії з 01.09.2021 року становить 1340,82 грн. (Один тисяча триста сорок гривень 82 коп.) без врахування ПДВ, ПДВ - 268,164 грн., разом з ПДВ 1608,984 грн. (Одна тисяча шістсот вісім грн. 98,4 коп.).
Усі інші умови Договору від 29.12.2020 року №616 залишаються незмінними.
