Сторони, керуючись п.5 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі послуг, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі до 31.03.2018 року. Оплата вартості та визначення суми за надання послуг за цим договором здійснюється післязатвердження кошторису замовника на 2018 рік.

Відповідно до п.5 ст. 36 ЗУ " Про публічні закупівлі" вартість електричної енергії за цим договором збільшити на 374 400 грн в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 62 400 грн. Таким чином сума договору становить 2 246 610,26 грн в т.ч. ПДВ 20 % - 374 435,04 грн.

Відповідно до п.5 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" вартість електричної енергії за цим договором збільшити на 278 406,41 в т.ч. ПДВ - 46 401,07 грн. Таким чином сума договору становить 2 150 616,67 грн в т.ч. ПДВ - 358 436,11 грн.
Строк (термін) поставки товарів з 01.02.2017р. по 31.01.2018р.
Цей договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання сторонами і діє до 31.01.2018р, а в частині проведення розрахунків до повного їх завершення.
