За взаємною згодою сторін сторони домовились скасувати Додаткову угоду №4 від 29.12.2017р. «Про подовження дії договору з 01.01.2018р. по 28.02.2018р. та до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором згідно ч.З ст.631 ЦКУ та ч.7 ст.180 ГКУ», та Додаткову угоду №5 від 29.12.2017р. «Про продовження дії Договору на
строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку».
