Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до договору №1-ЕУ від 05 лютого 2019 р. до розділу Х договору та викласти п.10.1 Договору в наступній редакції: "10.1 Договір вступає в силу з моменту підписання і діє в частині постачання природного газу до 30.06.2019 року, а в частині розрахунків - до повного їх виконання. У відповідності до частини третьої статті 631 Цивільний кодекс України дія договору поширюється на відносини, які виникли з моменту його укладання".
