Сторони, з метою усунення не коректно відображеної інформації, дійшли згоди викласти пункт 4.1 Договору в наступній редакції: "4.1 Ціна за спожитий природний газ у 2018 р., за 1000 куб.м. спожитого природного газу, без урахування тарифів на його транспортування, становить 10850,00 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ, у тому числі: - ціна газу - 9041,67 грн.; - податок на додану вартість у розмірі 20% до ціни газу - 1808,33 грн. Загальна вартість всього обсягу поставки складає 2617681,85 грн. з ПДВ з урахуванням ПДВ 436280,31 грн."
