Внесено зміни до банківських реквізитів Покупця - ДУ "Національний інститут фтизіатрії і пульмонології ім. Ф.Г. Яновського НАМН України" та збільшено суму договору на 159 671,54 грн. без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в договорі № 12/08-05 від 12 серпня 2019 року. Загальна ціна договору становить 958 346,14 грн. без ПДВ. Подовжено термін дії договору - до 01 квітня 2020 року.
