Зменшити обсяг постачання електричної енергії відповідно до вимог пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та визначити у п. 3.1. ціну Договору у сумі 297951,00 грн. з ПДВ в межах реального фінансування видатків та кошторисних призначень на 2018 рік. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та обов'язковими до виконання. Обсяг постачання електричної енергії при зменшені ціни Договору вказані у додатку 1 "Обсяги постачання електричної енергії Споживача", що додається до цієї додаткової угоди.
