1. В зв’язку з реєстрацією бюджетних зобов’язань в межах наявних бюджетних асигнувань в межах кошторисних призначень у 2024 році на підставі продовження строку дії Договору № 239 від 29.08.2023 р. та строку виконання робіт в 2024 році та керуючись вимогами Бюджетного кодексу України та Порядком реєстрації та обліку бюджетних зобов’язань розпорядників бюджетних коштів та одержувачів бюджетних коштів в органах Державної казначейської служби України, затверджений наказом Міністерства фінансів України від 02.03.2012 № 309 Сторони дійшли згоди, що сума бюджетних зобов’язань становить 200 978, 86 грн (Двісті тисяч дев’ятсот сімдесят вісім грн. 86 коп.) без зміни загальної суми договору.
