1. У відповідності до п.п. 7 п. 19 Особливостей та п.3.3 Договору Сторони досягли
домовленості внести зміни, а саме:
1.1. Зменшити загальну суму договору на 6,90 грн. (шість грн.90 коп.) та викласти п.3.1.
Договору в наступній редакції : «Загальна сума цього Договору складає 86774,40 грн. (вісімдесят
шість тисяч сімсот сімдесят чотири гривень 40 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 14462,40
грн.»
1.2. п. 3.2. Договору доповнити наступним текстом: «На 01 червня 2023 р. Ціна за 1 кВт.год.
електричної енергії визначається, як договірна ціна за цим Договором та становить 7,20 грн. (з
ПДВ).»
2. Додатки 1,2 та 3 до договору про постачання електричної енергії № 28/12/-14Б від
29.12.2022 року викласти в новій редакції, які є невід'ємною частиною договору про постачання
електричної енергії № 28/12/-14Б від 29.12.2022 р.
