1. Сторони вирішили внести зміни до договору №165/18 від 19.12.2018 р., виклавши пункти 1.1., 2.1., 4.2., 10.1., в такій редакції:
1.1. Замовник доручає, а Виконавець приймає на себе зобов'язання у 2018-2020 роках, на умовах і в порядку, передбаченому цим Договором, надати Замовнику послуги з розроблення матеріалів лісовпорядкування для національного природного парку «Гуцульщина» на площі 7606 гектарів.
2.1. Загальна вартість послуг за Договором становить 755732,00 грн. з ПДВ (сімсот п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч сімсот тридцять дві гривні 00 копійок), у тому числі у 2018 році 119885,00 грн. з ПДВ (сто дев’ятнадцять тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят п’ять гривень 00 коп), у 2019 році 0,00 грн. з ПДВ (нуль гривень 00 копійок) у 2020 році - 635847,00 грн. з ПДВ (шістсот тридцять п’ять тисяч вісімсот сорок сім гривень 00 коп.).
Загальна вартість визначається згідно з протоколом погодження договірної ціни на виконання робіт (додаток 2), що складається на підставі погодженого сторонами кошторису (додаток 3).
4.2. Строк (термін) надання послуг з моменту укладення договору і до 31 грудня 2020 р. або до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов'язань (за умови наявного фінансування).
10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до повного виконання Сторонами цього Договору але не пізніше 31 грудня 2020 року. У 2020 році даний Договір матиме чинність лише за умови наявності відповідних бюджетних призначень.
