враховуючи коливання ціни на окремі продукти харчування в межах Хмельницької області, що підтверджується інформацією наданою Хмельницькою торгово-промисловою палатою: експертний висновок № Ц-55 від 09.09.2021р., зокрема, збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару на сир твердий 50% та сир кисломолочний 9% жирності , відповідно до п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст. 651, 653 ЦК України, ст. 188 ГК України - збільшується ціна на товар, що постачається у заклад дошкільної освіти №3 «Дзвіночок» Нетішинської міської ради.
