Відповідно до пункт 1 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIIІ зі змінами Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків, а саме зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника. Суму договору зменшено і становить на момент підписання 615888,00 грн.( без ПДВ).
