1.Керуючись ч.1 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно абз.1 п.19 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 1178 від 12.10.2022р.(зменшення обсягів закупівлі,зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника). Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі,відповідно зменшити суму визначену в договорі про закупівлю. Зменшити суму договору на - 30 983,75 грн. Загальна сума договору становитиме – 63 768,25 грн. (шістдесят три тисячі сімсот шістдесят вісім грн. 25 коп.) з ПДВ.
