Note:
Постачальник відмовляється від Договору в односторонньому порядку з 20 травня 2021р., зобов’язання по постачанню природного газу за Договором припиняються з 1 травня 2021р. відповідно до п. 12.7.3 (в інших випадках, передбачених законом або цим Договором), а саме у зв'язку з неможливістю Постачальника здійснювати подальше постачання природного газу за ціною передбаченою п. 3.3. Договору (зі змінами).
2. Сторони погодились, що розрахунки за фактично використаний природний газ з ресурсу Постачальника за період з дати початку фактичного постачання по 1 травня 2021р., будуть здійснені Споживачем не пізніше 20 травня 2021р., на підставі виставлених розрахункових документів Постачальником, в порядку передбаченому чинним законодавством та умовами Договору.
