Враховуючи частину 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25 грудня 2015 року №922-VIII (зі змінами) та згідно п. 10.2 Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме: 104 540 грн 00 коп (Сто чотири тисячі п'ятсот сорок грн. 00 коп.).
Решта умов Договору залишаються незмінними та обов'язковими до виконання Сторонами.
Дана Додаткова угода складена українською мовою у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної зі сторін.
Дана Додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
Дана Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її укладання і діє до 28.02.2021 р. і до повного виконання зобов'язань по даній Додатковій угоді.
