. Сторони, за взаємною згодою вирішили доповнити Договір п.4.14. наступного змісту:
«4.14. Прийомка та оплата робіт у обсязі 703 191,06 грн. (сімсот три тисячі сто дев’яносто одна грн. 06 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 117 198,51 грн. буде здійснюватися у 2018 році після затвердження бюджетних призначень і надходження фінансування на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.
У випадку внесення змін до річних кошторисних призначень розмір розрахунків може бути змінений з оформленням додаткової угоди.»
2. У зв’язку із зимовим періодом викласти п.5.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Строк виконання робіт становить: з дати укладання договору про закупівлю по «01» березня 2018 року.»
