Зміна істотних умов договору на підставі пп. 5 п. 19 Особливостей
(постанова КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 зі змінами). Сторони дійшли згоди
зменшити ціну Договору без зміни обсягів та якості робіт. Зміни
вносяться з метою приведення умов Договору у відповідність до вимог
постанови КМУ від 19.11.2025 № 1512 щодо обмеження граничного
показника загальновиробничих витрат на рівні не більше 10 відсотків
від суми прямих витрат.
