Зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника. Зміни встановленого згідно із законодавством регульованих тарифів (постановою НКРЕКП від 30.12.2024 № 2387 було встановлено новий тариф на транспортування природного газу на 2025–2029 роки. Ця постанова набрала чинності 01.01.2025. Тобто такий тариф є регульованим, його встановлює НКРЕКП відповідною постановою. Тариф є обов’язковим для всіх учасників ринку природного газу).
